Payment Options at Wheatland Family Dental

Payment Options

Payment Options We Offer

There are a number of payment methods regularly used to pay for our dental services so that you may use the one that works best for you.

Here is an overview of the ways you can pay for your dental care at Wheatland Family Dental.

Credit Cards

We accept most credit cards as a method of payment. If you are visiting our office from another state, we recommend informing your credit card company in advance so as to avoid any inconvenience on the day of your appointment with our dentist.

Cash

Many of our patients prefer cash as a method of payment, as it avoids additional taxes and fees later on. If you would like to split the payment, our business assistant can help with this option as well.

Personal Checks

In case you need to use a personal check to pay for services, our office is happy to provide you with the necessary details to complete your transaction.

Insurance

We accept dental insurance; however, we strongly suggested that you give us a call to verify if we work with your insurance company and the services that are covered.

It is important to confirm that your insurance plan is currently active, as some policies go into effect some months after approval. It would also be beneficial if you called your insurance company beforehand to let them know you will be attending our office for your dental services.

CareCredit

Additionally, our office also offers CareCredit, a service that covers the amount of your treatment and offers you flexible payment options, allowing you to pay for your dental services in installments. Based upon approval, CareCredit allows you to get immediate treatment without having to pay out of pocket the same day. If this sounds like the alternative for you, ask us for more information. Applying is easy and we are here to answer any questions you may have.

CareCredit

Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today!
